Support
Help with Lumio AI (Chat on the web, with images and videos made in chat), Lumio AI for iPhone and iPad, Lumio for Chrome, and Lumio plans. Lumio is run by Lantern AI.
Contact us
- Help, billing, privacy and legal: support@lumio-co.online. If it’s about your account, write from the email you signed in with.
- Anything else: hello@lumio-co.online.
Emails Lumio sends you, like sign-in codes, come from no-reply@lumio-co.online and can’t take replies. Write to one of the addresses above instead.
Your plan
You can change plans or cancel anytime from your account (Manage billing). Charges appear on your card statement as “FIFTY SITES LUMIO”. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan until the end of the paid month.
Delete your account
- In Lumio AI for iPhone and iPad: Settings › Account (your name at the top) › Delete account.
- In the older Lumio for iPhone and iPad: Settings › your account › Delete Account.
- Or email support@lumio-co.online from the email you signed in with and ask us to delete it.
Deleting your account ends any paid plan, revokes Lumio’s access to your Apple or Google sign-in and connected apps, and deletes your chats, files, pictures and videos, synced data, sync key, devices and push tokens from our servers. The Privacy Policy says what’s kept.
Images and videos
Make images and videos right in chat: ask Lumio for one in any chat. Everything you make is kept in Images and Videos, under Chat.
- What does it cost? Pictures are on every plan, Free included; videos come with Go and higher plans. Pictures and videos come out of your weekly allowance. Ask in chat and Lumio makes it right away; in Videos, you’ll see about how much of your week a video uses before you make it. A picture is about $0.02 to $0.21, depending on the model, and a short video (5 seconds at 720p) about $0.15. You’re charged what the model’s provider billed, which can be less.
- Is there a limit for one video? Yes: one video can use only part of your week. Today that means about: Go, Fast videos up to 15 seconds at 720p, or Cinematic up to 4 seconds at 720p; Pro, also Fast at 1080p for 5 seconds and Cinematic up to 8 seconds at 720p; Max 6×, Cinematic up to 23 seconds at 1080p; Max 11×, up to 30 seconds at 1080p. Lumio tells you when a video is over your plan’s limit.
- Why was my request refused? The model, or Lumio’s own check, didn’t make it because it may go against the content rules (see the Terms). You’re not charged for a refused request, or for one that fails. Try describing it differently. After several refused requests, making images and videos pauses for the rest of that hour.
- Where’s my video while it’s made? In the chat you asked in, and in Videos, with how long it’s been going. Fast usually takes about a minute and Cinematic 1 to 3 minutes. You can leave the page or close the tab: the video keeps going, and it’s there when you come back.
- How long are my creations kept? Until you delete them. A video that couldn’t be made stays in the gallery, marked Not charged, for up to 7 days.
- How do I delete them? In Images or Videos, open a picture or video and choose Delete, or use its ⋯ menu. A picture is removed from Images only; it stays in its chat until you delete the chat. Deleting your account deletes all your creations.
Lumio for Chrome
Lumio AI in Chrome’s side panel, with Work for tasks in your browser on Pro and Max. Its page says what it does and what it can see.
- How do I keep it handy? Pin it: click the puzzle icon in Chrome’s toolbar, then the pin next to Lumio. Then click the Lumio icon to open it next to any page.
- It says I’m signed out. Lumio for Chrome uses your sign-in on lumio-co.online. Sign in there, in the same Chrome profile, and it’s signed in too. Signing out there signs it out.
- How do I stop a task? Press Stop: on the page, in the side panel, or in Chat on the web. Closing the bar Chrome shows while Lumio works in a tab stops it too.
- Why does it ask before it acts? In Ask mode, Lumio asks before it clicks, types or opens a page; in Auto, only before it sends, posts, buys, pays or deletes something. It never types card numbers or passwords, and it doesn’t work on payment pages.
- How do I remove it? Right-click the Lumio icon, then Remove from Chrome. Your chats and tasks stay in your Lumio account until you delete them.
