Every plan works on the web and in Lumio for Chrome, with one weekly allowance.
Why are you canceling?
You keep your plan until the end of the month you paid for, then you’re on Free. Your answer goes straight to the people who build Lumio.
Lumio Sync
Lumio Sync is managed in the Lumio app that syncs, in Settings › Sync. Deleting your account deletes your synced data.
Delete your account
Deleting your account ends any paid plan, revokes Lumio’s access to your Apple or Google sign-in and connected apps, and deletes your chats, files, pictures and videos, synced data, sync key, devices and push tokens from our servers. The Privacy Policy says what’s kept. This can’t be undone.
